Hanna K. Born graduated from the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) in 2020. Concomitantly, she received her commission as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Air Force. While at the Academy, Hanna earned a B.S. in Operations Research with the Academy Scholars' Distinction, competed as a member of the USAFA Alpine Ski Team, ran with the USAFA Marathon team and earned her Jump Wings/Parachutist Badge. Hanna is currently studying in Georgetown University’s M.S. in Data Science and Analytics program. Upon graduation from Georgetown, Hanna will continue her education and training by attending Undergraduate Pilot Training - leading to a career as a pilot in the United States Air Force. During leave periods, Hanna enjoys skiing, running and mountain climbing in Colorado’s high country… and travelling overseas with family to experience new countries and meet new people while also increasing her global and cultural awareness.
